For online appointment booking we use the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). When you book an appointment, personal data (name, email address, phone number if provided, and the selected appointment) is transmitted to Calendly and processed on servers in the USA.
Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which enables a data-protection-compliant transfer to the USA.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation) and, insofar as data is transmitted to the USA, Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR (express consent through voluntary use of the service).

On this website, content from the social network Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) is embedded. When these embedded contents are loaded, a connection to Instagram/Meta servers is automatically established.
